At different junctures in our professional life-journey we come to ask ourselves questions, the answers to which may seem elusive. Despite all appearances, however, difficult questions CAN in fact be answered; especially when asked with the support of an experienced professional coach. Through coaching conversations, reflection and strategic thinking, we support people in deepening their self-awareness so that they can explore the possibilities of new and exciting professional pathways.
Our Process:
We will work with you to find which of our team members is the right fit for you. With a minimum commitment of four one-on-one coaching sessions, you and your coach will develop a set of clear goals and determine which assessment tool (MBTI, FIRO-B, 360, TypeCoach, Strong Interest Inventory) could bring additional self-awareness to the conversation. We want to help you do your best work!

Elarton Point Strategies considers your investment our investment. We are happy to discuss your needs and resources as part of the conversation about our shared work together.
We understand that many young professionals may not believe they have the financial resources to access one-on-one coaching. To that end, we offer a “Young Professionals Coaching Package” at a reduced rate. We want to make this capacity building practice available to you!
Coaching Fees: Young Professionals Package:
Base Fee for the Young Professionals Coaching Package is $500
The package includes:
4 sessions (60 minutes each) one-on-one coaching with a member of the Elarton Point Strategies team
1 complimentary assessment tool including a detailed report
1 bonus session for any client who engages for a second set of 4 sessions at the same cost for a total of 9 sessions ($1000)
